I thought I would jump on the band wagon and start a blog; not to manifest my feelings to the world, but to get myself writing about things that matter, that interests me, and hopefully will interest you as a reader. Writing and journalism has always been a dream of mine, I’m no Carrie Bradshaw, but I can sure as hell try.

Graduating with a 2:1 in English and American Studies was such an achievement for me. Especially after planning my wedding in six weeks during my second year and then giving birth to a beautiful baby boy in the December of my final year. 2009-2010 was testing, but oh so worth it. Despite working so hard to get where I am, I’m determined not to resign myself to just being a mother or a housewife. I am happy in these roles, but I think I have the calibre to be so much more.

I am wondering when I can get a smile from?

Let me know what you think.
